"As a resident of Auburn, I've driven by Zola's a number of times, but it wasn't until a friend of mine suggested we meet there that I tried it. The gluten free options are AMPLE - most of their menu can be gluten free, all the sandwiches and most of the pastries! SCORE! I tried the BLT and green salad. The gluten free bread was great, sandwich was warm and the salad good. I'll DEFINITELY be back to try the pastries and coffees! Thank you for offering so many gluten free options. Service was fast. THIS is my new Auburn lunch spot!!!!"

"Very nice cafe. Took my then friend for coffee and ginger cookies. The best in town. The atmosphere was perfect for conversations. The people that work there were so sweet and accommodating. Still with that lady and I believe Zola's Cafe helped me make a great impression in her. Yup."

"We were driving thru Auburn last week and decided to stop into Zolas for a quick lunch. It was a wonderful experience!! The food was very very good. A couple of us had different Paninis-- ( I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Italiano Panini) and one of us had a salad. I very much appreciated the very pleasant atmosphere and the excellent service. BOTTOM LINE--A VERY NICE 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!"

"I was working in the area and on a whim stopped in to check out the lunch options. To my surprise I have encountered the BEST chicken salad sandwich I have experienced to date. Service with a smile and good conversation as well as in a timely manner. I will return here frequently."

"I've been going to Zola's cafe for almost 6 years now. Their coffee has always been on point, and the baked goods are just awesome. I never thought to post a review until now. The current owner, Matt, introduced some changes. I only recently discovered that Matt makes some of the best soup you can get in Auburn. Or anywhere really. There's always great artwork on the walls, and fine tunes on the wire. But during these cold months, let me tell you - a bowl of any soup that Matt makes is going to warm your bones and feed your soul. They have nice salads too. Grab your bestie and make it a date."

"Zola’s was an unexpected hit for us. The space is somewhat small but cozy and welcoming, with varied seating options, including a couch by the fireplace. The staff were kind, and the options for food were a pleasant array. We ordered HASHBROWN BREAKFAST SANDWICHES with bacon, and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The meat is an additional cost, but worth it. The hashbrowns were perfectly grilled and robustly seasoned with cracked pepper, and the inside is filled with cheese and 2 eggs. While you can’t eat it with your hands like a typical sandwich, it is delightful and easy to eat with a fork. I will be ordering it again. Dessert was CARROT CAKE, and for someone that enjoys cake much more than frosting, this was satisfyingly balanced in the proportion of frosting. Delicious! For drinks, Zola offers complimentary self-serve water with metal cups (thank you for this environmentally conscious choice!). We chose some hot drinks—I opted for the CHAI TEA, which was spicy and sweet and dusted with cinnamon. They offer many alt milk options! My husband and I both noticed that the amount of liquid in the narrow mugs we were served drinks in was definitely less than the 16 oz we paid for. Though wasteful, we would recommend opting for the 16oz to-go cup to ensure you get your money’s worth. Overall, we will be visiting Zola’s again and trying more of their delicious healthy-ish bakery items along with the Hashbrown sandwich."
